- Writing a resume. We can provide support on how to create, save, and format a Microsoft Word document but we cannot sit and write a resume for someone.
- Searching and applying for employment. We can show someone how to find a job search website and what to look out for when determining if a posting is legitimate or not, but we cannot fill out job applications with or for someone.

Service User Testimonials and Stories
Hear about the impact of Digital Fundamentals training on our clients and volunteers.
“This training has provided me with the skills to communicate with MODC staff, educated me in how to use different computer software, taught me how to use different applications that allow me to be up to date with this world (calendar, setting meetings, Google photos, etc.) Upon completion of the program, I expect to have learned how to use some applications which will help me organize my everyday life and keep up with evolving technologies.”

“Volunteering has been an incredibly rewarding experience. As a tech support volunteer, I've had the privilege of working one-on-one with adults with disabilities, helping them gain confidence and independence in the digital world. It's been eye-opening to see the impact that even basic tech skills can have on someone's life – from helping them stay connected with loved ones to helping them leverage technologies that make their life easier.
Also, the program has given me a deeper appreciation for the importance of digital inclusion. It's shown me how technology can be a powerful tool for empowerment when made accessible to everyone. I'm grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this mission and to make a tangible difference in people's lives.”
